The frame is available in three (3) colors.

They are white, bronze and tan. Custom colors are available. Pre-finished interior available in  Ponderosa Pine.

Bronze, copper tone and white are the standard colours with other colours available as requested.

Hinges are heavy-duty concealed hinges while the operating roto mechanism ensures an easy open and close of the sash.

The locking mechanism for all venting windows is available with a multipoint handle. When closed, the locks assist in ensuring a positive seal against the frame. In fact, the window does not have to be entirely closed and the reach on the lock can still grab the sash and pull it in towards the frame.

All venting windows are double weatherstripped use a combination of compression and santoprene weather stripping.

The weather stripping, when used in conjunction with the locking mechanism, will ensure that the sash is fit securely against the frame and ensure air loss around the sash is minimized. 

Grill options include a between the glass grill and wood removable grill.

Colour choices vary depending on the grill used. Some of the standard colours are brass, pewter, brown, earth tone, green and white.

For those requiring a more authentic look to the window design, Paramount can offer Simulated Divided Lites (SDL) and True Divided Lites (TDL).

The frame  used in the Pheonix series of windows combines the strength of thermoplastic resins to create a super tough, soloid core material.

This exclusive engineeered material allows for exteme durability and very efficient that is suitable for all types of environmental conditions.

Impervious to rot or decay this frame is highly energy effcient. In fact in comparison there is 54 % lower heat transfer than fiberglass and 37 % less than hollow vinyl.

The screen bar is heavy gauge aluminum available in a variety of colours. These include, bronze, copper tone, earth tone, green, red, and white. The screening material is a non-glare fibreglass mesh.

Insulated glass is available in dual or triple pane. Low E glass is used to help reduce heat loss in the winter and air conditioning costs in the summer.

For those elevations requiring more or less solar heat gain and visible light transmittance a combination of various Low E, green, grey and bronze glass are available to accomplish any glazing situations.
