 | Patio Sliding Doors, manufactured by Paramount, can open up numerous possibilities. Whether it be building a new home or renovating an existing, Paramount has the sliding patio door to meet your requirements. The sliding patio door is available with ¾" frame and 1 ¾" sash for dual glazing or 1 3/8" frame and 2 ½" sash for triple glazing. The sliding patio door can be manufactured to fit an existing opening or in new construction where standard sizes of 5, 6, 8, 9, and 12 foot widths are available.

| CLAD |
All
clad sliding door frames are manufactured with high quality precision
pre-finished aluminum extrusions on the exterior. This is than permanently
bonded to choice one-piece kiln dried wood on the interior. Color options include: autumn red,
brown, earthtone, green, gray, tan, white. Custom colors are available. All
units include a nailing fin or optional brickmold.

| FRAME |
All wood door frames are manufactured from one-piece clear kiln dried douglas fir. Corners are rabetted, caulked, nailed, and screwed together. Jamb sizes available from 4 1/2". Frame widths are 3/4" or 1 3/8" thick.

All insulated glass units are double sealed with 1/2" air spaces. |
| HARDWARE |
Handles
are a 2-point locking system. Available in brown, tan, or white. Brass or
Brushed chrome is also available.

All wood frames and sash are dipped in approved wood preservative to C.S.A. specifications. |
| PVC |
All PVC sliding door frames are manufactured using a custom formulated rigid poly vinyl chloride. It is a multi- chambered high impact resistant frame and sash that is manufactured to exacting standards. |
| SASH |
All clad wood & all wood slide patio door sash are made using 1 piece clear kiln dried Eastern white pine and are designed with mortise and tenon screwed corners. Sash is 1 3/4” or 2 1/2" thick. |
| SCREEN |
Screen bar is extruded aluminum that includes a lock on the screen. Non-glare fiberglass screen is used. |
| STANDARDS |
All Paramount products are regularly tested by an independent laboratory and exceed performance requirements of CSA and NFRC standards. |
| WEATHERSTRIPPING |
All sliding patio doors are manufactured using a combination of compression, santoprene & pile weatherstrips to ensure maximum air tightness and durability. |
